I was particularly impressed by an extensive breakfast buffet featuring delightful options alongside sparkling wine, bringing a touch of indulgence to the morning routine. I savoured a delightful evening meal at Starckx, where the menu showcased a thoughtful blend of local ingredients and creative culinary techniques. The ambience was relaxed yet refined, perfect for appreciating the artistry of the dishes. The proximity to the beach added an alluring element, making dining an experience beyond the plate. It is essential to acknowledge some challenges. While the location is excellent-close to shops and the wide beach-the hotel itself struggled with cleanliness, and the portable fans in rooms were noisy. Nonetheless, the hotel staff were friendly, offering fresh towels daily without need for room cleaning. For travelers seeking a gastronomic adventure on the coast, Paradisio provides an appealing gateway, though some operational improvements could enhance the experience.
